These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of monitron.co.uk, including the fitness/productivity/finance platform, the Monitron Academy course, and the Monitron TradingView indicator (together, the “Service”), operated by [FULL LEGAL / TRADING NAME] (“Monitron”, “we”). By creating an account or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Academy course or the indicator. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. The Service is educational, not advice

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payments and access

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed. The indicator and Academy course are one-time purchases granting ongoing access unless stated otherwise at checkout; subscription tiers (Pro/King) renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. License to Academy and indicator content

On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Academy course content and/or the TradingView indicator for your own use. You may not share your login, your TradingView invite-only access, resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the course content or indicator, in whole or in part.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to circumvent access controls, scraping or reverse-engineering the indicator, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monitron is not liable for any trading losses, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, the indicator’s signals, the course content, or any AI-generated analysis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via your profile settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice before taking effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
